We design and manufacture welded pressure vessels for many different applications. All welded pressure vessels are manufactured to British, European and International Standards as well as TPED & PED requirements, where applicable.
Parts and processes are inspected & approved by notified third party inspection bodies such as Lloyds, SGS, Plant Safety, even though we operate our own quality assurance scheme.
We offer a range of internal diameters our most popular sizes are 199mm, 216mm, 260mm, 279mm, 314mm, 368mm, 397mm, 450mm, 547mm, 610mm. Many other sizes are available. We also offer tooling facilities to custom manufacture other sizes.
Our cylinders have an operating pressure from 5Bar to 60Bar.
Range of overall external heights generally to suit customer's requirements
Range of capacities up to 1000 litre's dependant on manufacturing specification and vessel weight.
Fittings, brackets, shrouds, skids, protection caps etc and other accessories can be supplied.
We can supply in either mild and stainless steels.
Paint finish to customer's requirements.
Air Receivers
Manufactured to BSEN 286 in various water capacities.
We offer many different configurations of nozzle inlet/outlets to suit customer requirements

LPG Vehicle Tanks
Cylindrical LPG Tanks in various water capacities manufactured to suit customer requirements, all complete with either four or five hole valve plate or single hole boss to suit a multi-purpose valve.
Range of diameters: 205mm, 221mm, 265mm, 285mm, 321mm, 377mm, 406mm, 458mm, 557mm, 610mm.
All pressure vessels are manufactured to recognized national regulations.
"UFO" LPG Vehicle Tanks
LPG Tanks in various water capacities manufactured to suit customer requirements, all complete with either four or five hole valve plate or single hole boss to suit a multi-purpose valve offering water capacities of 6.5 Litre's - 84 Litre's.
Range of diameters: 205mm, 221mm, 265mm, 285mm, 321mm, 377mm, 406mm, 458mm, 557mm, 712mm.
All pressure vessels are manufactured to recognized national regulations.
