Cable preparation
We process many different types of cable ranging from 24awg up to 150mm², such as:
- Automotive thinwall
- PVC equipment cable

- Silicone coated
- Glass fibre coated silicone cable

- Multi-core cables
We also offer cable printing to identify your individual cables.
Crimping
We process many different styles of crimp terminals manufactured by leading OEM’s from very small PCB terminals to large ‘lug’ type terminals. We can process either manually, semi or fully automatically.
Proto-typing
We offer a development and prototype service.
Re-work
We offer a sub-contract re-work service to put right any errors or problems you may have on wiring looms or assemblies, purchased elsewhere.
Cable Assembly
Pre-prepared cables are formed or assembled using assembly fixtures or jigs to create the desired shape or form, creating a wiring loom.
Connectors are attached, cables are secured together using tapes, sleeving, grommets, tie-wraps etc.
Looms are then checked & tested ready for packing & shipping.

Connectors and accessories
